The present invention is to provide an air conditioning device capable of controlling the energy recovery step and the dehumidification step. According to the present invention, the air conditioning device comprises: an air supply flow path which guides outdoor air to move indoors; a first exhaust flow path which guides indoor air to move to the outdoor side; a second exhaust flow path which guides indoor air to move to the outdoor side; an evaporator disposed on the air supply flow path; a condenser disposed on the first exhaust flow path; a first regeneration module which exchanges energy between the air supply flow path and the first exhaust flow path; and a second regeneration module which exchanges energy between the air supply flow path and the second exhaust flow path. 본 발명에 따른 공기조화장치는, 외기를 실내 측으로 이동하게 안내하는 급기 유로; 내기를 실외 측으로 이동하게 안내하는 제1 배기 유로; 내기를 상기 실외 측으로 이동하게 안내하는 제2 배기 유로; 상기 급기 유로 상에 배치되는 증발기; 상기 제1 배기유로 상에 배치되는 응축기; 상기 급기 유로와 상기 제1 배기 유로 사이에 에너지를 교환시키는 제1 재생모듈; 및 상기 급기 유로와 상기 제2 배기 유로 사이에 에너지를 교환시키는 제2 재생모듈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
