For one embodiment of the present invention, the compound represented by chemical formula 1 has excellent electron transport ability, luminescence ability, heat resistance, etc., and therefore can be used as an organic layer material of the organic electroluminescent device. 본 발명은 캐리어 수송능, 발광능 및 열안정성이 우수한 신규 화합물 및 이를 하나 이상의 유기물층에 포함함으로써 발광효율, 구동 전압, 수명 등의 특성이 향상된 유기 전계 발광 소자에 관한 것이다.
