Zusammenfassung:Provided is an optical phased array LIDAR based on line beam scanning, which includes: an optical phase array device which generates a line beam capable of first direction beam steering; and a lens optical system located in the direction in which the line beam is output to control a beam divergence angle in the second direction of the line beam and amplify a steering range in the first direction of the line beam. The distance between the optical phased array device and the lens optical system is adjusted to control the beam divergence angle in the second direction. 라인 빔 스캐닝 기반의 광위상배열 라이다는 제1 방향 빔 조향이 가능한 라인 빔을 생성하는 광위상배열 장치, 및 상기 라인 빔이 출력되는 방향에 위치하여 상기 라인 빔의 제2 방향 빔 발산각을 제어하고 상기 라인 빔의 제1 방향 조향 범위를 증폭하는 렌즈 광학계를 포함하고, 상기 광위상배열 장치와 상기 렌즈 광학계 사이의 거리가 조절되어 상기 제2 방향 빔 발산각이 제어된다.
