Zusammenfassung:Disclosed are a polyolefin porous separator for a secondary battery and a manufacturing method thereof. In production of polyolefin porous separators for a secondary battery, a sheet with excellent thickness uniformity and color characteristics are manufactured with high productivity without problems with a process or film surface quality. The present invention provides a polyolefin porous separator for a secondary battery manufactured by extracting and removing liquid low molecular substances from a sheet or film molded with a composition containing polyolefin, the liquid low molecular substances, a neutralizer, and perfluorinated polymer processing additives, and a manufacturing method thereof. Accordingly, precipitation of foreign substances can be minimized and occurrence of defects on a film surface can be minimized. 이차전지용 폴리올레핀 다공성 분리막 제조에 있어, 두께 균일도 및 색상 특성이 우수한 시트를 공정 및 필름 표면 품질 문제 없이 높은 생산성으로 제조하도록 하는 이차전지용 폴리올레핀 다공성 분리막 및 그 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명은 폴리올레핀, 액상 저분자 물질, 중화제 및 과불화 폴리머 가공조제(Perfluorinated polymer processing additives)를 포함하는 조성물로 성형된 시트 내지 필름에서 상기 액상 저분자 물질이 추출 제거되어 제조되는 이차전지용 폴리올레핀 다공성 분리막 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다.
