Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for producing polysaccharide from root of Camellia sinensis, and a composition for skin moisturizing or enhancing skin barrier containing polysaccharide from root of Camellia sinensis. According to the method, the polysaccharide from the root of Camellia sinensis containing a high content of beta-glucan can be obtained. The composition containing the polysaccharide from the root of Camellia sinensis has excellent skin moisturizing or skin barrier strengthening effects. 녹차 뿌리 다당체를 제조하는 방법 및 상기 녹차 뿌리 다당체를 함유하는 피부 보습 또는 피부 장벽 강화용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 방법에 의하면 고함량의 베타글루칸을 함유하는 녹차 뿌리 다당체를 수득할 수 있다. 상기 녹차 뿌리 다당체를 함유하는 조성물은 피부 보습 또는 피부 장벽 강화 효과가 우수하다.
