Platform for deformable mirror

The present invention relates to a platform for a deformable mirror, comprising: a horizontal base plate; a plurality of drive modules attached to the upper part of the base plate and spaced apart along the circumference; and a deformable mirror holder whose peripheral portion is connected to each of the drive modules and which is disposed at a spaced position above the base plate, wherein each of the drive modules includes a horizontal driver fixed to the base plate and generating a horizontal movement and a conversion member for receiving the horizontal movement of the horizontal driver, converting the horizontal movement into a vertical movement, and transmitting the converted movement to the deformable mirror holder. The platform for a deformable mirror of the present invention can be easily applied to existing deformable mirrors or large deformable mirrors and can prevent the configuration of an optical system from becoming complicated or large. 본 발명은 변형거울용 플랫폼에 관한 것으로서, 수평한 베이스 플레이트; 상기 베이스 플레이트 상부에 접합되며, 원주를 따라 이격 배치되는 다수 개의 구동모듈; 및 둘레부가 상기 구동모듈 각각에 연결되며 상기 베이스 플레이트 상부로 이격된 위치에 배치되는 변형거울 거치대;를 포함하며, 상기 구동모듈 각각은, 상기 베이스 플레이트에 고정되며 수평 방향 움직임을 발생시키는 수평 구동기, 및 상기 수평 구동기의 수평 방향 움직임을 전달받아 상하 방향 움직임으로 전환하고 상기 변형거울 거치대에 전달하는 전환부재를 구비할 수 있다.
