| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a filter structure for a dust collector to which a PTFE membrane is applied and a manufacturing method thereof. The filter structure for a dust collector includes: a cartridge filter bag including a filter member that is folded to have a plurality of peaks and valleys after heat-sealing a PTFE membrane to a non-woven fabric; and a top cap that supports and secures the cartridge filter bag. In an embodiment of the present invention, the filter member of the filter structure used in the dust collector is manufactured by heat-sealing a PTFE membrane to increase the efficiency of a filter for removing fine dust and to increase filter life.
본 발명은 PTFE 멤브레인이 적용된 집진기용 필터 구조체 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 부직포에 PTFE 멤브레인을 열융착한 후, 복수개의 산부와 골부를 갖도록 접철되는 필터부재를 구비하는 카트리지 필터백; 상기 카트리지 필터백을 지지 고정하는 상단 캡을 포함한다. 본 발명의 실시예에서는, 집진장치에 사용되는 필터 구조체의 필터부재를 PTFE 멤브레인으로 열융착하여 제조하여 미세분진을 제거하는 필터효율을 증가시키고, 필터 수명을 증가시킬 수 있다. |
