Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a work vehicle, a PTO apparatus, and a PTO cover unit. The work vehicle of the present invention comprises: a driving source; a traveling apparatus which uses a power from the driving source for traveling; and a PTO apparatus which uses the power from an engine for a purpose other than the traveling. The PTO apparatus may include: a PTO output shaft; a first power transmission unit which independently transmits the power from the driving source to the PTO output shaft; a second power transmission unit which transmits the power to the PTO output shaft in accordance with a traveling speed of the traveling apparatus; and an interlock device which selects one of the first power transmission unit and the second power transmission unit to transmit the power from the driving source to the PTO output shaft. Provided are the work vehicle, which can prevent a case where output is impssible, and the PTO apparatus. 구동원, 구동원으로부터의 동력을 주행에 이용하는 주행장치 및 엔진으로부터의 동력을 주행 이외의 용도로 이용하는 PTO 장치를 포함하는 작업 차량에서, PTO 장치는 PTO 출력축, 구동원으로부터 PTO 출력축으로 동력을 독립적으로 전달하는 제1 동력전달부, 주행장치의 주행 속도에 종동하여 PTO 출력축으로 동력을 전달하는 제2 동력전달부 및 제1 동력전달부 및 제2 동력전달부 중 하나를 선택하여 구동원으로부터의 동력을 PTO 출력축으로 전달하는 인터록 장치를 포함할 수 있다.
