Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of vegetarian bibim bread, which comprises: a seasoning manufacturing step which manufactures a liquid starter and seasonings which are to be used in a paste; a bread paste preparing step which uses paste materials including flour, water, the liquid starter, the seasonings, and yeast to make a bread paste and divides the same to prepare a paste lump; a filling material manufacturing step which uses red pepper paste, onions, ginger, garlic, vegetables, and mushrooms to manufacture a filling material; a molding step which puts the filling material into the paste lump to mold the same to have a bibim bread shape; a bread fermenting step which ferments a molded product molded by passing through the molding step; and a completing step which bakes the fermented molded product to complete vegetarian bibim bread. The present invention provides a combination that has never been tried before and makes people feel an unexpected and delicious combination.
