Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a primer set for discriminating a crossbred piglet using meat quality-related genes as molecular markers. By using the primer set for high meat-quality type crossbred piglet according to the present invention, it is possible to accurately discriminate specific phenotypic traits of the crossbred piglet with excellent meat quality factors of traditional pigs from Jeju while productivity, which is an excellent feature of improved species, is improved, and to contribute to the production of the crossbred piglet breeds with immobilized high meat quality factors. 본 발명은 육질형질 연관 유전자를 분자마커로 이용하여 난축맛돈 판별용 프라이머 세트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 고육질형 난축맛돈 판별용 프라이머 세트를 이용하여 개량종의 우수한 특징인 생산성이 향상되면서도, 제주재래돼지의 우수한 고육질인자를 가진 난축맛돈의 특이적인 표현형질을 정확하게 구분할 수 있으며, 고육질인자가 고정된 난축맛돈 품종의 생산에 기여할 수 있다.
