Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed in the present invention is a method for loading a paper cup, the method comprising: (a) a step in which paper cup packages, in which paper cups are stacked and packed, are transferred by means of a transfer conveyor in a state in which the straight line made by the bottom surface of the paper cups and the entrance surface thereof is horizontal to be in parallel with the width direction of the transfer conveyor; (b) a step in which an arm plate, which is coupled to the distal end arm of a universal robot and has one side end opened, has one side end being located at the front area of the distal end of the transfer conveyor to correspond to the bottom surface of the paper packages loaded on the transfer conveyor, to transfer a predetermined number of the paper packages from the transfer conveyor to the arm plate in the horizontal state; and (c) a step in which the arm plate is moved along a predetermined route by means of the control of the universal robot to be located at a predetermined location within a predetermined distance from a loading box loading the paper packages, and the arm plate is rotated such that one side end may be located at the upper portion of the loading box, while the arm plate is tilted such that the paper packages loaded on the arm plate may be slid into the loading box by means of one side end. Therefore, the workload of the worker may be reduced.
본 발명에 따르면, 종이컵을 적재하기 위한 방법에 있어서, (a) 종이컵들이 적층되어 패킹된 종이컵 패키지들이, 종이컵의 바닥면과 입구면이 이루는 직선이 이송 컨베이어의 폭 방향과 평행한 수평 상태로, 이송 컨베이어에 의해 이송되는 단계; (b) 이송 컨베이어의 종단의 전방 영역에, 유니버셜 로봇의 종단 암에 결합되며 일측단이 오픈된 구조를 가지는 암 플레이트가, 일측단이 이송 컨베이어에 적재된 종이컵 패키지들의 바닥면에 대응되도록 위치한 상태에서, 이송 컨베이어로부터 종이컵 패키지들을 수평 상태로 암 플레이트로 기설정된 개수만큼만 이송하는 단계; 및 (c) 유니버셜 로봇의 제어에 의해 암 플레이트를 기설정된 경로에 따라 위치 이동하여 종이컵 패키지들을 적재하는 적재 박스와 일정 거리 이내의 기설정된 위치에 위치하도록 하며, 암 플레이트를 회전하여 일측단이 적재 박스의 상부에 위치하도록 하고, 암 플레이트를 틸팅하여 암 플레이트에 적재된 상기 종이컵 패키지들이 일측단을 통해 적재 박스 내부로 슬라이딩되도록 하는 단계;를 포함하는 방법이 개시된다. |
