Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for cultivating saponin-containing Citrus reticulate, in which an organic fertilizer manufactured by fermenting animal amino acids and a stevia extract through effective microorganisms and a crop growth promoter containing Chamaecyparis obtuse, Eucommia ulmoides and Pinus densiflora is applied to Citrus reticulate trees, and thus, it is possible to manufacture the Citrus reticulate containing saponin, and by consumption, saponin and vitamin C together can increase the effectiveness of inhibiting the oxidation of low-density lipoprotein. 본 발명은 사포닌을 함유한 만감류를 재배하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 동물성 아미노산과 스테비아 추출물을 유효 미생물을 통해서 발효시켜 제조된 유기농 비료와 편백나무, 두충나무 및 소나무를 포함하는 작물 생육 촉진제를 만감류 수목에 시비함으로서, 사포닌을 함유한 만감류의 제조가 가능하고, 이를 섭취함으로서, 사포닌과 비타민 C가 함께 저밀도 지방단백질의 산화를 억제하는 효용을 증대시킬 수 있다.
