| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to conductive particles which comprise: an insulating core; and a conductive layer which contains at least two elements on the insulating core, wherein a diffraction pattern obtained by analyzing the conductive layer using XRD is characterized in that at least two diffraction sources are formed. The conductive particles according to embodiments of the present invention impart crystallinity to the conductive layer, to improve electrical conductivity through the advantage of the crystal structure while lowering resistance, and increase hardness as well.
