Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to conductive particles which comprise: an insulating core; and a conductive layer which contains at least two elements on the insulating core, wherein a diffraction pattern obtained by analyzing the conductive layer using XRD is characterized in that at least two diffraction sources are formed. The conductive particles according to embodiments of the present invention impart crystallinity to the conductive layer, to improve electrical conductivity through the advantage of the crystal structure while lowering resistance, and increase hardness as well.
본 발명은 도전입자로서, 절연코어; 및 상기 절연코어상에 적어도 2개이상의 원소를 포함하는 도전층을 포함하고, 상기 도전층을 XRD를 이용하여 분석한 회절패턴은 적어도 2개 이상의 회절원이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
