Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a high heat-resistance silicone-modified reactive urethane hot-melt adhesive to provide excellent thermal stability and flame retardancy and increased heat resistance and weather resistance and a coating textile manufacturing method using the same. According to the present invention, the high heat-resistance silicone-modified reactive urethane hot-melt adhesive is manufactured by the steps of: mixing (a) 2 to 5 wt% of organically treated nano-clay and (b) 1 to 2 wt% of a silane coupling agent for increasing the dispersibility of the nano-clay to prepare a homogenized nano-clay solution; reacting the mixed nano-clay solution with (c) 10 to 30 wt% of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane and (d) 5 to 15 wt% of tetramethyldisiloxane to prepare a polydimethylsiloxane/nano-clay mixture treated to disperse the nano-clay; slowly adding (e) 5 to 15 wt% of 2-propen-1-ol (2-propen-1-ol) to the polydimethylsiloxane/nano clay mixture to prepare an OH-terminal reactive polydimethylsiloxane/nano clay mixture for increasing heat resistance; reacting the OH-terminal reactive polydimethylsiloxane/nano clay mixture with (f) 15 to 30 wt% of aromatic isocyanate to prepare a prepolymer; and reacting the prepared prepolymer with (g) 15 to 25 wt% of polyester polyol with a number average molecular weight in the range of 500 to 4,000, (h) 2 to 5 wt% of fluororesin-containing diol for increasing heat resistance, and (i) 5 to 12 wt% of a reactive flame retardant for imparting stable flame retardancy, and (j) 1 to 3 wt% of a chain extender for adjusting initial adhesion and strength, and adding (k) 8 to 15 wt% of an additive flame retardant for imparting flame retardancy to the reaction product.
본 발명은 고내열성 실리콘 변성 반응성 우레탄 핫멜트 접착제 및 이를 이용한 코팅 원단의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 고내열성 실리콘 변성 반응성 우레탄 핫멜트 접착제는, (a)유기화 처리된 나노클레이 2 ~ 5중량%와, 상기 나노클레이의 분산성 향상을 위한 (b)실란커플링제 1 ~ 2중량%를 혼합하여 균질화한 나노클레이 용액을 제조하는 단계; 상기 혼합된 나노클레이 용액을 (c)옥타메틸시클로테트라실록산 10 ~ 30중량% 및 (d)테트라메틸디실록산 5 ~ 15중량%와 함께 반응하여 나노클레이가 분산되도록 처리한 폴리디메틸실록산/나노클레이 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; 여기에 (e)2-프로펜-1-올(2-propen-1-ol) 5 ~ 15중량%를 천천히 투입하여 내열성의 향상을 위한 OH말단의 반응성 폴리디메틸실록산/나노클레이 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; 상기 OH말단의 반응성 폴리디메틸실록산/나노클레이 혼합물에 (f)방향족 이소시아네이트 15 ~ 30중량%의 비율로 반응시켜 프리폴리머(Prepolymer)를 제조하는 단계; 상기 제조된 프리폴리머에 (g)수평균분자량 500 ~ 4,000 범위의 폴리에스테르 폴리올 15 ~ 25중량%와, (h)내열성 향상을 위한 불소수지 함유 디올 2 ~ 5중량%와, (i)안정적인 난연성의 부여를 위한 반응성 난연제 5 ~ 12중량%와, (j)초기접착력 및 강도의 조정을 위한 쇄연장제 1 ~ 3중량%를 반응시킨 뒤, (k)난연성의 부여를 위한 첨가형 난연제 8 ~ 15중량%를 혼합하여 제조된다. |
