Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are an event collection device and a method thereof. According to the present disclosure, an event collection device is configured to: identify a plurality of packets transmitted between a first terminal and a second terminal; compare detailed information of each of a plurality of packets to determine whether the plurality of packets meet preset relationship conditions with each other; classify the packets which meet relationship conditions into the same group; and provide a function to collect each classified group as an event corresponding to an individual session. Therefore, the efficiency of system resources can be increased and system performance can be improved. 이벤트 수집 장치 및 그 방법이 개시된다. 본 개시에 따르면, 이벤트 수집 장치는 제1 단말과 제2 단말 사이에 전송되는 복수의 패킷을 식별하고, 복수의 패킷 각각의 세부 정보를 비교하여 복수의 패킷이 상호간에 기 설정된 관계 조건을 충족하는지 여부를 판단하고, 관계 조건을 충족한 패킷들끼리 동일한 그룹으로 분류하며, 분류된 그룹 각각을 개별 세션에 해당하는 이벤트로 수집하는 기능을 제공한다.
