Zusammenfassung: | According to one aspect of the present invention, a ship may be provided. The ship comprises: a hull; and a passive cooling facility. The passive cooling facility comprises: a heat source unit which generates steam by generating heat; a thermoelectric generator which generates electric power using heat of steam transmitted from the heat source unit; a passive cooling device in which heat generated from the heat source unit is transferred through steam so that the heat is passively removed from the steam; a connection pipe connected to the heat source unit and the passive cooling device and filled with water so that when the heat source unit is stopped, the steam generated by the heat source unit flows to the passive cooling device; and an electric heating wire which is disposed to surround the connection pipe to prevent water from freezing, and generates heat by power produced by the thermoelectric generator. The heat source unit and the thermoelectric generator are installed inside the hull, and the passive cooling device is installed in the hull, but is disposed above the hull and outside the hull so as to be disposed above the heat source unit. According to the present invention, power produced by the thermoelectric generator is supplied to the ship so that the ship can operate without a separate power source.
