COMMUNICATION SATELLITES SYSTEM TO BE COMMUNICATED AMONG STANDARD TERRESTRIAL MOBILE PHONE

A communication satellite system communicable with a terrestrial mobile phone of the present invention comprises: a signal processing module which processes communication signals transmitted and received with a terrestrial mobile phone to enable satellite communication with the terrestrial mobile phone; a reflector which reflects the communication signals transmitted and received between the terrestrial mobile phone and the signal processing module to increase gain; and a mobile phone antenna which receives the communication signals reflected from the reflector, inputs the same to the signal processing module, reflects the communication signals transmitted from the signal processing module using the reflector, and transmits the same to the terrestrial mobile phone. Accordingly, the communication satellite system communicable with a terrestrial mobile phone of the present invention enables a communication satellite to communicate with the terrestrial mobile phone in low or medium earth orbit by using the reflector. 본 발명의 지상 모바일폰과 통신 가능한 통신위성시스템은 지상 모바일폰과 위성통신을 수행할 수 있도록 지상 모바일폰과 송수신되는 통신신호를 처리하는 신호처리모듈; 지상 모바일폰과 신호처리모듈 간에 송수신되는 통신신호를 반사시켜 이득을 증가시키는 리플렉터; 및 리플렉터에서 반사된 통신신호를 수신하여 신호처리모듈에 입력하고, 신호처리모듈로부터 송신되는 통신신호를 리플렉터를 통해 반사시켜 지상 모바일폰으로 송신하는 모바일폰 안테나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이를 통해, 본 발명의 지상 모바일폰과 통신 가능한 통신위성시스템은 리플렉터를 이용하여 통신 위성이 저궤도 또는 중궤도에서 지상의 모바일폰과 위성통신이 가능하도록 한다.
