Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an energy storage system including heterogeneous storage devices, which increases output control performance of an energy storage system. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an energy storage system supplying power to a grid comprises: a first storage device storing power or outputting the stored power to the grid; a second storage device storing power or outputting the stored power to the grid, but having slower dynamic characteristics than those of the first storage device; a plurality of generators generating and outputting power to the grid; and a controller implementing and optimizing a model predictive control-based state space model reflecting the differences in the dynamic characteristics between the first and second storage devices to control charging and discharging power of each of the first and second storage devices. 본 발명은 이종(異種)의 저장 장치를 포함하는 에너지 저장 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 계통으로 전력을 제공하는 에너지 저장 시스템은, 전력을 저장하거나 저장된 전력을 계통으로 출력하는 제1 저장 장치, 전력을 저장하거나 저장된 전력을 계통으로 출력하고, 제1 저장 장치보다 동특성이 느린 제2 저장 장치, 전력을 생산해서 계통으로 출력하는 복수개의 발전기 및 제1 및 제2 저장 장치 간 동특성 차이가 반영된 모델 예측 제어(Model Predictive Control) 기반 상태 공간 모델을 구현 및 최적화하여 제1 및 제2 저장 장치 각각의 충방전 전력을 제어하는 제어기를 포함한다.
