The present invention provides the air-flap apparatus of a vehicle. The air-flap apparatus comprises: a housing including a first axis and a second axis spaced apart from the first axis; an air flap rotatably coupled to the housing, based on the first axis; a link part having one side rotatably coupled to the air flap, based on the second axis, and the other side rotatably coupled to the housing; and a first loader rotatably connected to the housing, based on a third axis, and fixed to the link part. The housing includes a first contact surface. The first loader includes a stopper including a second contact surface making contact with the first contact surface. The direct-acting angle of the first loader based on the third axis is greater than the direct-acting angle of the air flap based on the first axis.
