Zusammenfassung: | The present invention is able to, in an insertion guidance system for a locking screw for guiding an insertion position of the locking screw during an implant surgery using a C-arm fluoroscopy (hereinafter called the C-arm) at the orthopedics, provide an insertion guidance system for a locking screw, which comprises: a C-arm generating image information for checking the condition of a patient and supporting for a surgery plan; a location estimation device generating target information for inserting the locking screw from the image information received from the C-arm based on the artificial intelligence (AI); and a three-dimensional locator receiving target information from the location estimation device and guiding the insertion of the locking screw into the human body. Therefore, a surgery can be conducted more safely and precisely.
본 발명은 C-arm을 이용한 정형외과 임플란트 수술 시, 잠금나사의 삽입위치를 가이드하는 잠금나사 삽입 유도시스템에 있어서, 환자의 상태를 확인하고 수술 계획을 지원하도록 영상정보를 생성하는 방사선 투시 영상 장치(C-arm fluoroscopy, 이하 C-arm); 인공지능을 기반으로 상기 C-arm으로부터 수신한 영상정보로부터 상기 잠금나사가 삽입될 목표정보를 생성하는 위치 추정 장치 및 상기 위치 추정 장치로부터 목표정보를 수신하여 상기 잠금나사의 체내 삽입을 가이드하는 입체정위기를 포함하는 잠금나사 삽입 유도시스템을 제공할 수 있다. |
