Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating of atopic dermatitis comprising luteolin glycoside as an active ingredient. The pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating atopic dermatitis has excellent free radical scavenging activity, has excellent NO production inhibition and β-hexosaminidase inhibition effects, alleviates atopic dermatitis in DNCB-induced dermatitis animal models, reduces the increase in skin thickness caused by lichenification, inhibits the production of IL-6 and TNF-α, and suppresses IgE production, thereby providing excellent effects in preventing and treating the atopic dermatitis.
