Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a novel strain of the genus Microbulbifer, a marine microorganism showing high activity in bioplastic decomposition, and uses thereof. A novel Microbulbifer physis SOL66 strain of the present invention can quickly and completely decompose bioplastic films, and in particular, when treating the strain under optimal decomposition conditions derived from the present invention, it is possible to provide significantly increased bioplastic decomposition ability. 본 발명은 바이오 플라스틱 분해에 높은 활성을 보이는 신규한 해양 미생물 마이크로벌비퍼속 균주 내지 이의 용도에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 신규한 마이크로벌비퍼 스피시스 SOL66 균주는 바이오 플라스틱 필름을 신속하고 완전하게 분해할 수 있으며, 특히 본 발명에서 도출한 최적의 분해 조건에서 상기 균주를 처리하는 경우 유의적으로 증가된 바이오 플라스틱 분해능을 제공할 수 있다.
