Zusammenfassung:In the present invention, core-satellite nanoassemblies and a method for preparing the same are disclosed. The core-satellite nanoassembly of the present invention includes a core nanoparticle, a self-assembled monomolecular layer bonded to the surface of the core nanoparticle, a satellite nanoparticle bonded to the core nanoparticle by the self-assembled monomolecular layer, and a silica coating layer formed to cover all exposed surfaces of the core nanoparticle, the self-assembled monomolecular layer, and the satellite nanoparticle. The core-satellite nanoassembly forms a constant and narrow nanogap so as to provide an improved SERS signal and obtains various SERS signals, thereby being applied to multiplexed detection. 본 발명은 코어-위성 나노 조립체 및 이의 제조방법을 개시한다. 본 발명의 코어-위성 나노 조립체는 코어 나노입자, 상기 코어 나노입자 표면에 결합된 자기조립단분자층, 상기 자기조립단분자층에 의해 상기 코어 나노입자에 결합된 위성 나노입자 및 상기 코어 나노입자, 상기 자기조립단분자층 및 상기 위성 나노입자의 노출된 표면을 모두 둘러싸도록 형성된 실리카 코팅층을 포함하며, 일정하고 좁은 나노갭을 형성하여 향상된 SERS 신호를 제공할 수 있고, 다양한 SER 신호를 얻어 다중 검출에 응용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
