Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides a non-powered eccentric apparatus for reducing thermal stratification in a lake by using a drift current descent guidance device. The non-powered eccentric apparatus comprises: the drift current descent guidance device which is formed by connecting, in an arched shape, a plurality of drift current descent guidance units converting, into a vertical flow, kinetic energy moving horizontally on the surface of a lake while floating on the surface of the lake; a fixing anchor which is spaced a distance away from the inside of the current descent guidance device having the arched shape and is erected in a vertical line so that a lower side thereof is fixed to the bottom of the lake; and a plurality of connecting lines of which sides are connected to an upper side of the fixing anchor, the other sides opposite thereto are connected to the plurality of drift current descent guidance units, respectively, and the length is relatively great than that on sides of the drift current descent guidance units from the sides toward the other side thereof so that the arc center of the drift current descent guidance device is eccentric. Even with low wind speeds and changes in wind direction of the lake, the eccentricity of the drift current descent guidance device and the function of a windbreak installed at the top enable the drift current descent guidance device to rotate in only one direction using the fixing anchor as the shaft, thereby solving the problem that the connecting lines connecting the drift current descent guidance device and the fixing anchor are twisted together, and can effectively guide a vertical flow facing deep water to form a wide recirculating flow in two areas with the drift current descent guidance device as the border, at upwind (upper wind) and downwind (lower wind) locations, which are the inside of the arc of the drift current descent guidance device, thereby preventing thermal stratification.
