Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a porous polyimide film for a flexible metal-clad laminate to improve dielectric properties, and a porous polyimide film manufactured thereby. According to one aspect of the present invention, the method comprises the steps of: adding an acid anhydride and diamine to a solvent and performing reaction to prepare a polyamic acid solution; mixing the polyamic acid solution and a non-solvent to prepare a mixed solution; coating the mixed solution on a metal foil and drying the solution to form a polyimide coating layer; and imidizing the polyimide coating layer.
본 발명은 연성금속판적층체용 다공성 폴리이미드 필름의 제조방법 및 이를 사용하여 제조된 다공성 폴리이미드 필름에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 측면은, 산무수물 및 디아민을 용매에 첨가하고 반응시켜 폴리아믹산(Polyamic acid) 용액을 제조하는 단계; 상기 폴리아믹산 용액 및 비용매를 혼합하여 혼합용액을 제조하는 단계; 상기 혼합용액을 금속박 상에 코팅한 후 건조하여 폴리이미드 코팅층을 형성시키는 단계; 및 상기 폴리이미드 코팅층을 이미드화하는 단계;를 포함하는, 연성금속판적층제용 다공성 폴리이미드 필름의 제조방법을 제공한다. |
