Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a composition for genome editing for delaying the flowering of lettuce plants and a use thereof, wherein the composition includes, as an active ingredient, a complex (ribonucleoprotein) of guide RNA and endonuclease protein specific to a target base sequence of a lettuce-derived suppressor of overexpression of constans 1 (SOC1) gene; or a recombinant vector containing DNA encoding the guide RNA specific to the target base sequence of the lettuce-derived SOC1 gene and a nucleic acid sequence encoding the endonuclease protein.
