HEAT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF VEHICLE

The present invention relates to a heat management system for a vehicle, which aims to have a three-way flow control valve, which controls the flow of cooling water absorbing waste heat of an electronic part module, and determines the pass and the bypass of the cooling water towards a radiator, and to reduce a refrigerant flow resistance in the three-way flow control valve, which occurs in a process of controlling the flow of cooling water towards the radiator and operation noise due to the refrigerant flow resistance. To this end, according to the present invention, in a heat management system for a vehicle, which comprises: a heat pump-type refrigerant circulation line cooling and heating the indoors of the vehicle while operating in an air conditioner mode or a heat pump mode; and a cooling water circulation line circulating the cooling water in the electronic part module, in which the cooling water circulation line includes: a water-cooling heat exchanger making the cooling water absorbing waste heat of the electronic part module and the refrigerant of the refrigerant circulation line exchange heat with each other; and a radiator radiating heat by introducing the cooling water discharged from the water-cooling heat exchanger, the heat management system for the vehicle includes: a three-way flow control valve controlling the flow of cooling water of the cooling water circulation line so that the cooling water on the discharge side of the water-cooling heat exchanger can bypass or pass the radiator in accordance with the presence or absence of waste heat of the electronic part module under a heat pump mode condition; and a control unit controlling the opening volume control speed of the three-way flow control valve differently in accordance with the controlling direction of the three-way flow control valve when controlling the flow of cooling water of the three-way flow control valve for the cooling water circulation line. 본 발명은 차량의 열관리 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 전장부품모듈의 폐열을 흡수한 냉각수의 흐름을 제어하여 라디에이터측으로의 냉각수 패스와 바이패스를 결정하는 삼방향 흐름제어밸브를 구비하되, 라디에이터측으로의 냉각수 흐름제어 과정에서 발생되는 삼방향 흐름제어밸브에서의 냉매 흐름저항과, 그로 인한 작동소음을 저감할 수 있도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 에어컨 모드 또는 히트펌프 모드로 작동되면서 차실내를 냉,난방하는 히트펌프식 냉매순환라인과, 전장부품모듈에 냉각수를 순환시키는 냉각수순환라인을 구비하며, 냉각수순환라인은, 전장부품모듈의 폐열을 흡수한 냉각수와 냉매순환라인의 냉매를 상호 열교환시키는 수냉식 열교환기와, 수냉식 열교환기의 배출 냉각수를 도입하여 방열시키는 라디에이터를 포함하는 차량의 열관리 시스템에 있어서, 히트펌프 모드 조건하에서, 전장부품모듈의 폐열 유무에 따라 수냉식 열교환기의 배출측 냉각수가 라디에이터를 바이패스하거나 또는 라디에이터를 패스할 수 있도록, 냉각수순환라인의 냉각수 흐름을 제어하는 삼방향
