Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a water-soluble anticorrosive coating agent composition for application to a weld improvement part of a metal base material, comprising: 1 to 10 parts by weight of a hydrocarbon-based compound; 30 to 40 parts by weight or less of an acrylic polymer; 1 to 20 parts by weight of a viscosity modifier; and 30 to 50 parts by weight of water. 본 발명은 수용성 방청 코팅제 조성물은 금속 모재의 용접 개선부에 도포하기 위한 것으로서, 탄화수소계 화합물 1 중량부 이상 10 중량부 이하; 아크릴계 중합체 30 중량부 이상 40 중량부 이하; 점도 조절제 1 중량부 이상 20 중량부 이하; 및 물 30 중량부 이상 50 중량부 이하;를 포함하는 것이다.
