Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an electrochemical sensor type integrated molecular diagnostic device and a molecular diagnostic method using the same. The integrated molecular diagnostic device comprises: a buffer tube into which a sample collecting tool collecting a sample is inserted and which produces a sample solution containing nucleic acids extracted from the collected sample; a cartridge coupled with the buffer tube to receive the sample solution, transferring the sample solution to each of a plurality of reaction chambers through a plurality of fluid channels to perform a nucleic acid amplification reaction, and including a sensing means for detecting a hydrogen ion concentration of the sample solution transferred to each of the plurality of reaction chambers; and a diagnostic module body detachably coupled to the cartridge to supply heat at a constant temperature to the plurality of reaction chambers, electrically connected to the sensing means to detect changes in the hydrogen ion concentration, and diagnosing the presence or absence of a diagnostic target according to the changes in the hydrogen ion concentration. Accordingly, a process from pretreatment of the collected sample to molecular diagnosis can be performed with one device without user intervention. 본 발명은 전기화학센서 방식의 일체형 분자 진단 장치 및 이를 이용한 분자 진단 방법에 관한 것으로, 시료를 채취하는 시료 채취 도구가 삽입되고, 채취된 시료로부터 추출된 핵산이 포함된 시료 용액을 생성하는 버퍼 튜브, 버퍼 튜브와 결합하여 시료 용액을 공급받고, 시료 용액을 복수의 유체 채널을 통해 복수의 반응 챔버 각각으로 이송하여 핵산 증폭 반응을 수행하며, 복수의 반응 챔버 각각으로 이송된 시료 용액의 수소 이온 농도를 감지하는 감지 수단을 포함하는 카트리지, 및 카트리지와 탈착 가능하게 결합하여 복수의 반응 챔버에 일정 온도의 열을 공급하고, 감지 수단과 전기적으로 연결되어 수소 이온 농도의 변화를 검출하고, 수소 이온 농도의 변화에 따라 진단 대상의 존재 여부를 진단하는 진단 모듈 본체를 포함한다.
