Provided is a seat adjustment apparatus for an automobile. According to the present invention, in addition to a walk-in function of a seat, fold and dive functions can be integrated, and at the same time, a forward and backward sliding movement function and so on can be linked. Therefore, a walk-in operation which tilts a second or third row of seats forward to secure a boarding and disembarking passage of a passenger can be easily performed. In addition, a seat is firmly fixed after the walk-in operation, so a walk-in operation status can be firmly maintained. In addition, the seat adjustment apparatus for the automobile of the present invention can contribute to standardization and functional expandability by integrating various functions in addition to the walk-in function.
