Specifically, the present invention provides a compound that can treat or prevent c-KIT or PDGFR-related diseases by inhibiting c-KIT or PDGFR. The novel compounds of the present invention exhibit an effect of inhibiting c-KIT or PDGFR activity. Therefore, the compounds of the present invention can be usefully used for the treatment or prevention of c-KIT or PDGFR-related diseases. 본 발명은 퀴나졸린 유도체 화합물 및 이의 의약적 용도에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명은 c-KIT 또는 PDGFR을 억제하여 c-KIT 또는 PDGFR 관련 질환을 치료 또는 예방할 수 있는 화합물을 제공한다.
