Zusammenfassung: | The present invention, as a flat-type thermoelectric element that improves a height of a thermoelectric material and changes an electrode structure connecting the thermoelectric material to a horizontal arrangement, more specifically may provide the plate-type thermoelectric element with an increased shape and design degree of freedom of the electrode and thermoelectric material and with an improved thermoelectric characteristic configured with the thermoelectric material having a lower height and flexibility of less than 1 mm compared to a conventional thermoelectric material through a taping casting construction method and at the same time, enable the electrode connecting the thermoelectric material to be arranged in a radial shape.
본 발명은 열전 소재의 높이 개선 및 상기 열전 소재를 연결하는 전극 구조를 수평 배치로 변경한 평판형 열전소자로서, 보다 상세하게는 테이프 캐스팅(Taping casting) 공법을 통해 종래 열전소재 대비 1mm 이하의 낮은 높이와 유연성을 갖는 열전소재를 구성하고, 이와 동시에 상기 열전소재를 연결하는 전극을 방사(放射) 형상으로 배치함으로써, 전극과 열전소재의 형상 및 설계 자유도를 높이고 열전 특성이 개선된 평판형 열전소자를 제공할 수 있다. |
