Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a construction machinery that operates with a hydraulic system, such as an excavator, and specifically to the construction machinery provided with a variable drain check valve that has a variable back pressure so that energy can be saved when the boom is down depending on a work type of the excavator. The construction machinery according to the present invention to achieve the above purpose includes a variable drain check valve that increases a back pressure by adding the pressure of hydraulic oil flowing inside through a port to elastic force of a built-in coil spring when a boom down lever is operated, wherein a flow rate of a pump is reduced by a negative hydraulic signal due to an increase in back pressure of the variable drain check valve. 본 발명은 굴삭기와 같이 유압시스템으로 작동하는 건설기계에 관한 것으로서, 특히 굴삭기의 작업 형태에 따른 붐 다운 시에 에너지를 절감할 수 있도록 배압이 가변되는 가변형 드레인 체크밸브를 구비한 건설기계에 관한 것이다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 건설기계는 붐 다운 레버를 조작할 시에 내장된 코일스프링의 탄성력에 포트를 통해 내부로 유입된 작동유의 압력이 추가되어 배압이 증가되는 가변형 드레인 체크밸브를 포함하며, 가변형 드레인 체크밸브의 배압 증가에 따른 네거티브 유압신호에 의해 펌프의 유량을 감소시키는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
