Zusammenfassung:An exterior material for a power storage device comprises: a heat-resistant resin layer (2) as an outer layer; a sealant layer (3) as an inner layer; and a thin metal layer (4) disposed between the two layers, wherein the sealant layer (3) comprises one or a plurality of layers, an innermost layer (7) of the sealant layer comprises a random copolymer, as a copolymerized component, containing propylene and another copolymerized component other than propylene, a rough fire, and a lubricant, wherein the rough fire comprises particles containing a thermoplastic resin, and the average roughness (Ra) of a center line of a surface (7a) of the innermost layer (7) is 0.05 μm to 1 μm. According to the exterior material, it is possible to provide an exterior material for a power storage device, which is excellent in moldability and hard to generate white powder on the surface. 축전 디바이스용 외장재는, 외측층으로서의 내열성 수지층(2)과, 내측층으로서의 실런트층(3)과, 이들 양층 사이에 배치된 금속박층(4)을 포함하고, 실런트층(3)은, 1층 내지 복수층으로 이루어지고, 실런트층의 최내층(7)이, 공중합 성분으로서 프로필렌 및 프로필렌을 제외한 다른 공중합 성분을 함유하는 랜덤 공중합체와, 조면화재와, 활제를 함유하고, 조면화재는, 열가소성 수지를 함유하는 입자로 이루어지고, 최내층(7)의 표면(7a)의 중심선 평균 거칠기(Ra)가 0.05㎛∼1㎛인 구성으로 한다. 성형성에 우수함과 함께, 표면에 백분이 표출되기 어려운, 축전 디바이스용 외장재를 제공할 수 있다.
