Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a carbon fiber heating element and a manufacturing method therefor. One embodiment of the present invention provides the carbon fiber heating element comprising a carbon fiber cotton yarn, a conductive member positioned overlapping a first end part of the carbon fiber cotton yarn and a second end part positioned on an opposite surface of the first end part, and a film layer positioned on a front surface and a back surface of the carbon fiber cotton yarn, wherein the conductive member is folded at the first end part and the second end part of the carbon fiber cotton yarn; and the manufacturing method therefor. Therefore, the present invention is capable of improving a bonding property with a filament of a carbon fiber. 본 발명은 탄소섬유 발열체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 구현예는 탄소섬유 면사, 상기 탄소섬유 면사의 제1 단부 및 상기 제1 단부의 반대면에 위치하는 제2 단부에 중첩하여 위치하는 전도성 부재, 상기 탄소섬유 면사의 표면 및 이면에 위치하는 필름층을 포함하고, 상기 전도성 부재는, 상기 탄소섬유 면사의 제1 단부 및 제2 단부에 폴딩된 것인 탄소섬유 발열체 및 이의 제조방법을 제공한다.
