Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a novel thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine derivative, a method for manufacturing the same, and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer or autoimmune diseases containing the same as an active ingredient. The compound represented by chemical formula 1 described herein exhibits excellent inhibitory activity against IRAK4 and has excellent cytotoxicity against cancer cells, so it is expected to be useful for autoimmune diseases by inhibiting cancer or cytokine expression. 본 발명은 신규한 티에노[2,3-d]피리미딘 유도체, 이의 제조방법, 이를 유효성분으로 포함하는 암 또는 자가면역질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 명세서에 기재된 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물은 IRAK4에 대한 우수한 억제 활성을 나타내면서, 암세포에 대한 세포 독성이 우수하여 암 또는 사이토카인 발현을 억제하여 자가면역질환에 유용할 것으로 기대된다.
