The present invention provides a surface treatment agent for carbon-based fillers, containing a pyranine chemical structure. 본 발명은 다양한 탄소계 필러에 범용적으로 사용하여 고분자 매트릭스 내부에서의 탄소계 필러의 분산성 향상에 효과적으로 작용하는 표면 처리제 및 그를 이용하여 표면 처리된 탄소계 필러를 포함하는 전자파 차폐용 복합체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 탄소계 필러의 표면 처리제로서, 피라닌(Pyranine) 화학 구조를 포함하는 탄소계 필러용 표면 처리제를 제공한다.
