Zusammenfassung:Disclosed are an insulation structure of a liquefied gas cargo hold and a manufacturing method thereof, which can enhance insulation performance. The insulation structure of a liquefied gas cargo hold according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: a plurality of secondary insulation panels which are installed on an inner wall of a ship body, and are disposed to be spaced apart from each other; a first flat joint which is inserted to come in contact into the inner wall of the ship body in a spacing unit formed between two secondary insulation panels disposed adjacent to each other; and a second flat joint which is inserted to come in contact with the first flat joint in the spacing unit. A secondary barrier is disposed at an upper side of the secondary insulation panel. The secondary barrier includes a corrugated portion protruding toward the inner wall of the ship body in the direction of the spacing unit to be accommodated in the spacing unit.
