Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides a lithium-friendly metal-plated ceramic coating separator that can control and suppress dendrite growth of a lithium metal by coating a ceramic electroless-plated with a lithium-friendly metal on the surface of the separator, a method for manufacturing the same, and an electrochemical device including the same. In addition, according to the present invention, the lithium-friendly metal of the lithium-friendly metal-plated ceramic coating separator induces a uniform current density within the electrochemical device to control a flux during lithium ion movement to control and suppress dendrite growth of the lithium metal, and improves stability of the electrochemical device by the thermal stability of the ceramic.
본 발명은 리튬친화금속을 무전해 도금한 세라믹을 분리막 표면에 코팅하여 리튬 금속의 덴드라이트 성장을 조절 및 억제할 수 있는 리튬친화금속도금 세라믹 코팅 분리막, 이의 제조 방법 및 이를 포함하는 전기화학소자를 제공한다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 리튬친화금속도금 세라믹 코팅 분리막의 리튬친화금속이 전기화학소자내에서 균일한 전류밀도를 유도하여 리튬 이온 이동시 플럭스(Flux)를 조절하여 리튬 금속의 덴드라이트 성장을 조절 및 억제하며, 상기 세라믹의 열안정성에 의해 전기화학소자의 안정성이 향상된다. |
