Zusammenfassung:	An implant for facial bone reconstruction according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a base part disposed to support the cheekbone and upper jaw bone of a patient with a facial bone fracture in alignment; a first extension part extending from a lateral side of the base part in a first direction to provide support to the cheekbone; and a second extension part extending from the medial side of the base part in a second direction different from the first direction to provide support to the upper jaw bone. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the facial bone reconstruction implant that can not only fix a fractured area but also serve as a guide to realign the fractured bone to a correct position. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 안면골 재건 임플란트는, 안면골 골절 환자의 광대뼈와 위턱뼈를 정렬 상태로 지지하며 배치되는 베이스부; 상기 베이스부의 외측(lateral side)에서 제 1 방향으로 연장되어 상기 광대뼈에 지지력을 제공하는 제 1 연장부; 및 상기 베이스부의 내측(medial side)에서 상기 제 1 방향과 다른 제 2 방향으로 연장되어 상기 위턱뼈에 지지력을 제공하는 제 2 연장부;를 포함한다.
