Manufacturing method of eco-friendly polyurethane resin composition and use thereof

The present invention relates to a biopolyol-based polyurethane resin composition and a product containing the same. By providing products using eco-friendly functional materials, it is possible to contribute to improving a wearing rate of farmers' agricultural work clothes and performing safe agricultural work. A method for manufacturing the biopolyol-based polyurethane resin composition comprises a first step of manufacturing a mixed solution by adding biopolyol, organic polyol, and a chain extender to a solvent to react; a second step of adding diisocyanate to a mixed solution to react to manufacture polyurethane; a third step of controlling the viscosity by adding a viscosity control agent to the polyurethane; and a fourth step of preparing manufacturing a polyurethane resin composition by adding isopropyl alcohol (IPA) to the viscosity-controlled polyurethane. 본 발명은 바이오 폴리올 기반 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물 및 이를 포함하는 제품에 관한 것으로, 친환경 기능성 소재를 적용한 제품을 제공하여 농업인의 농작업복 착용률 향상과 안전한 농작업을 수행하는데 기여할 수 있다.
