Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method, which is performed by a computer to place a plurality of measurement module units (100) provided with a light source unit (110) and a light reception unit (120), under the water vertically apart from each other, and measure an algal bloom concentration through all the measurement module units (100), while controlling each of the measurement module units through a light source control unit (200), an optical signal measurement unit (300) and an optical signal analysis unit (400). The method includes: a step (A1) in which in a state in which power for all the light source units (110) is cut off by the light source control unit (200), the optical signal measurement unit (300) measures signals from all the light reception units (120), thereby measuring the aggregate of algal bloom signals caused by natural light; a step (A2) in which in a state in which the power for all the light source units (110) is being supplied by the light source control unit (200), the optical signal measurement unit (300) measures signals from all the light reception units (120), thereby measuring the aggregate of all the algal bloom signals caused by natural light and measurement light; a step (A3) in which the optical signal analysis unit (400) deducts the aggregate of algal bloom signals measured in the step (A1) from the aggregate of algal bloom signals measured in the step (A2), thereby calculating only the algal bloom signal caused by the measurement light; and a step (A4) in which the optical signal analysis unit (400) converts the algal bloom signal calculated in the step (A3) into an algal bloom concentration signal.
