The method for providing psychological services based on the analysis of dysfunctional thinking according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: transmitting a question to a user terminal and presenting the question to a user; receiving an answer to the question; and extracting keywords from the answer and analyzing the received answer by a method for analyzing the extracted keywords. 본 발명은 역기능적 사고 분석 기반 심리서비스 제공 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 역기능적 사고 분석 기반 심리서비스 제공 방법은 사용자 단말기로 질문을 송신하여, 사용자에게 질문이 제시되는 단계; 질문에 대한 답변을 수신하는 단계; 및 답변에서 키워드를 추출하고, 추출된 키워드를 분석하는 방법으로 수신된 답변을 분석하는 단계를 포함한다.
