| Zusammenfassung: | A method of manufacturing accessories according to the present invention comprises the steps of: cutting waste paper into an aspect ratio of 1:10 to 1:40; processing the cut waste paper into a template having a predetermined shape in which width is reduced in at least some areas in a longitudinal direction; fixing one end of the thicker side of the template to a cylindrical bar having a predetermined diameter and rolling the same in one direction to form beads with a plurality of layered structures and through holes; applying a resin to a surface of the formed beads and waterproofing the same; drying the waterproof beads; and connecting a plurality of the beads to form the accessories. According to an embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to manufacture an upcycled product by cutting non-recyclable coated paper into various template shapes, processing the same into the beads, and then recycling the same as the accessories.
본 발명에 따른 액세서리의 제조 방법은 폐지를 1:10 내지 1:40의 종횡비로 절단하는 단계, 절단된 폐지를 길이 방향으로 적어도 일부 영역에서 너비가 감소하는 소정의 형상을 가지는 탬플릿으로 가공하는 단계, 상기 탬플릿의 너비가 두꺼운 쪽 일단을 소정의 직경을 가지는 원통형 막대에 끝단을 고정시키고 일 방향으로 말아 복수의 층상구조를 가지며 관통공을 가지는 비즈를 형성하는 단계, 형성된 비즈의 표면에 레진을 도포하여 방수처리 하는 단계, 방수처리 된 비즈를 건조시키는 단계 및 복수의 비즈를 연결하여 액세서리를 형성하는 단계를 포함한다. |
