Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a flap part structure for covering a rail part when the sliding door of a vehicle is opened, and more specifically, to a flap part structure for covering a rail part when the sliding door of a vehicle is opened, wherein a center rail is located at the door side to prevent the center rail from being exposed, and the protruding amount of the flap part covering the rail part exposed when the door is opened may be minimized. The door flap unit (100) comprises: a trap installation hole (101) which is formed at the side opposed to the center rail (30), and is lengthily formed along the direction of the center rail (30); a door trim flap link (120) which is formed at the installation hole (101) at a uniform interval, and has first and second shaft fixing units (121, 122) respectively installed at both ends; first and second rotary shafts (P1, P2) which are rotationally installed at the first and second shaft fixing units (121, 122); and an elastic member (130) which is installed between the second shaft fixing unit (122) and the second rotary shaft (P2) to provide location restoring force of the flap (140). The first shaft fixing unit (121) is fixed at the bracket (2a) formed on the inside of the door trim (2) by means of the first rotary shaft (P1). The second shaft fixing unit (122) is rotationally installed at the flap (140) by means of the second rotary shaft (P2). The first shaft fixing unit (121) is fixed at the bracket (2a) formed on the inside of the door trim (2) by means of the first rotary shaft (P1). The second shaft fixing unit (122) has the door trim flap (140) rotationally installed by means of the second rotary shaft (P2).
본 발명은 슬라이딩 도어 차량 오픈시 레일부를 가려주는 플랩부구조에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게 본 발명은 센터레일을 도어 측에 위치시킴으로써, 상기 센터레일이 노출되는 것을 방지하고, 또, 도어 열림시 노출되는 레일부를 가려주는 플랩부의 돌출량을 최소화할 수 있도록 한 슬라이딩 도어 차량 오픈시 레일부를 가려주는 플랩부구조로, 상기 도어 플랩부(100)는; 상기 센터레일(30)과 대항되는 쪽에 형성되며, 상기 센터레일(30)의 방향을 따라 길게 형성된 트랩 설치구멍(101); 및 상기 설치구멍(101)에 등간격으로 형성되며, 양단에 제1 및 제2 축고정부(121,122)가 각각에 설치되는 도어트림 플랩링크(120); 및 상기 제1 및 제2 축고정부(121,122)에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 재1 및 제2 회전축(P1,(P2)); 및 상기 제2 축고정부(122)와 제2 회전축(P2) 사이에 설치되어 플랩(140)의 위치 복원력을 제공하기 위한 탄성부재(130);를 포함하며, 상기 제1 축고정부(121)는 제1 회전축(P1)에 의해 도어트림(2) 내측에 형성된 브라켓(2a)에 고정되고, 제2 축고정부(122)는 제2 회전축(P2)에 의해 플랩(140)에 회전 가능하게 설치되며, 상기 제1 축고정부(121)는 제1 회전축(P1)에 의해 도어트림(2) 내측에 형성된 브라켓(2a)에 고정되고, 제2 축고정부(122)는 제2 회전축(P2)에 의해 도어트림 플랩(140)이 회전 가능하게 설치된다. |
