An aerosol nanoparticle catalyst produced in the plasma device is transferred into the CVD reactor to synthesize carbon nanotubes, so that carbon nanotubes having excellent physical properties can be synthesized continuously. 본 발명은 직렬 연결된 플라즈마 장치 및 CVD 반응기를 포함하는 탄소나노튜브 제조 장치에 관한 것으로, 플라즈마 장치에서 제조된 에어로졸 상태의 나노입자 촉매를 CVD 반응기 내부로 이송하여 탄소나노튜브를 합성함으로써 우수한 물성의 탄소나노튜브를 연속적으로 합성할 수 있다.
