When using a production method of the present invention, synthesized carbon nanotubes have high crystallinity and mass synthesis thereof is easy. 본 발명은 플라즈마를 이용하여 촉매 원료를 기화시킨 후 응축시켜 제조된 나노입자 촉매를 이용하여 탄소나노튜브를 합성하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 제조방법을 이용할 경우 합성된 탄소나노튜브의 결정성이 높고, 대량 합성이 용이할 수 있다.
