Provided is an organic light emitting display device capable of securing sufficient capacitance by having a capacitor including a dielectric structure containing silicon oxynitride. The organic light emitting display device may include an opaque area and a transparent area. The organic light emitting display device may include a substrate, a first transistor, a second transistor, and at least one capacitor. The first transistor may be disposed on a substrate in the opaque area. The second transistor may be adjacent to the first transistor along a first direction in the opaque area. The capacitor may be adjacent to the first transistor in the opaque area along a second direction different from the first direction.
