| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides a method for purifying proteins. The present invention relates to a method for purification of a target protein comprising a step of performing (i) first anion exchange chromatography, and (ii) second anion exchange chromatograph by using a solution containing SEQ ID NO: 1 or a target protein with at least 75 % identity thereto. The desired protein can be obtained with high purity through the purification method of the present invention.
