PORTABLE COOLING-HEATING FAN DEVICE

According to one embodiment of the present invention, a portable cooling and heating device comprises: a case; a blower fan installed in the case to blow wind to the outside of the case; a thermoelement positioned on a rear side of the blower fan based on the case and generating cold air and hot air; a power unit supplying power to the thermoelement; a relay unit installed between the thermoelement and the power unit to switch a direction of a current applied to the thermoelement; and a control unit controlling operation of the power unit and the relay unit. The control unit controls turning-on and turning-off of the relay unit according to external temperature or a setting of a user to control the direction of the current applied to the thermoelement. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 휴대용 냉온풍 장치는, 케이스; 상기 케이스에 설치되어 바람을 상기 케이스의 외부로 송풍하는 송풍팬; 상기 케이스를 기준으로 상기 송풍팬의 후방에 위치하며, 냉기 및 온기를 발생시키는 열전소자; 상기 열전소자에 전원을 공급하는 전원부; 상기 열전소자와 상기 전원부 사이에 설치되어 상기 열전소자에 인가되는 전류의 방향을 전환하는 릴레이부; 및 상기 전원부 및 상기 릴레이부의 작동을 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하며, 상기 제어부는 외기 온도 또는 사용자의 설정에 따라 상기 릴레이부의 스위치 온오프를 제어하여 상기 열전소자에 인가되는 전류의 방향을 제어할 수 있다.
